If you are anything like me, you are probably curious about who is behind the brand and product before you buy. So, here is a little bit of my story…

the journey to a clean product

2020 brought not only so many uncertainties in all our lives, but for me specifically it gave me perspective. I learned I needed to make a huge lifestyle change. I learned the importance of my health and that I needed to listen to what my body was trying to tell me. I needed to find a path towards a healthier lifestyle, and the past year opened my eyes to the importance of self-care, for mind, body, and complete well-being. What was I exposing myself and my body to? Whether it be ingesting certain foods, absorbing harsh toxins from body and bath products, or breathing in air filled with harmful toxins from the aromatic products I have purchased to make my home smell pretty.

I started the path of consciously reviewing more natural products, with limited whole ingredients. I realized that some of the products I owned and used every day contained harsh chemicals and hundreds of ‘too small to read’ ingredients.

Part of my journey led me to home scents, candles, melts and sprays. I love the feelings of nostalgia a familiar smell brings. And let’s be honest you need something that smells nice in the bathroom! I own countless amounts of have candles, have fragrance sprays in all my bathrooms, and started wondering how I can make these healthier for me to use daily.

In December 2020 I started reading, watching, and trying to make candles and melts, and fell in love! I fell in love not only with the endless fragrances you can create, blend, and make, but with the process itself. It was therapeutic, relaxing, and fulfilling. Each candle I make is handmade in my basement studio with so much love.

Each scent is carefully curated, with hours of research and testing to formulate the end products. It is with ample patience and perfection that I have perfected the most sustainably sourced, environmentally friendly natural products.
