Do you offer Local Pick Up?
Absolutely! All orders are available to be picked up at my home studio located in Ancaster, Ontario. When checking out, make sure to select 'Pick up' as the delivery method. For more information about our Local Pick Up Policy click here.
What is West Mountain Candle Co.'s return policy?
At this time, we do not offer refunds but do offer exchanges. For more information on our exchange policy please click here, and feel free to send us a message or email info@wmcandleco.ca and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Can you make custom candles?
We sure do, visit the Custom/Private Label page on the website. Send us a message with your vision and thoughts and lets create something unique! *A minimum quantity per order is required.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Ontario orders totaling $150 or more (before tax) will receive free shipping. More information about our shipping policies are linked here.
